The biggest surprise, however, turned out to be the "belly-blasting" effects of the diet. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results!

While the diet purports losses of 30-60 pounds in 28 days, everyone I talked into trying it with me lost in the vicinity of 13-36 pounds. I personally lost 18 pounds, which is twice as much as I can generally lose in a month of dieting. That is no small accomplishment and I was not disappointed!

Everyone I know that endured the entire 28 days agrees that the greatest drawback to this diet is its restrictiveness. Alcohol is not allowed and eating out socially is almost impossible. However, if rapid weight loss is your goal, then check your social calendars, choose your 28-day stretch carefully, and enjoy the ride!
